Mr.Goodman addresses all details. He explains the initial process with all associated costs of selling a house. Very informative with market value of property. Mr. Goodman coordinated showing of house with strong online presence. With all the hard work Mr. Goodman did, I received 25k above asking price. Which, I may add was 35k above initial estimates. I highly recommend his service.
