Pete started his career in real estate in Nashville performing STR arbitrage and management during 2017. In 2018 he began working with and growing Vacasa Management in Nashville for the company. After several years of daily management and analysis of the Nashville STR market Pete helped facilitate the Vacasa acquisition of Turnkey Vacation Rentals and Pete’s data set and inventory grew to over 500 properties in Nashville.
